Fayette 3D Seismic Update

NATCHEZ, Miss., June 13, 2008. KFG Resources Ltd. reported today the Company's subsidiary, KFG Petroleum Corporation, Natchez, MS, has completed all fieldwork concerning its 3D Seismic Survey covering 14.3 square miles in the Fayette Field Area, Jefferson County, Mississippi.  The processing and interpretation of the survey is expected to take from 4 to 6 weeks; consequently, the Company anticipates looking at a completed survey mid-July 2008 with a test well in the late Third Quarter or early Fourth Quarter 2008.
