Total revenues for the fiscal year ended April 30, 2003 were US$3,486,681 , compared to US$3,709,698 for the preceding year. Total assets at April 30, 2003 were US$1,370,021, compared to US$1,511,592 at April30, 2002. The Company reported an accumulated deficit of US$2,478,384 at April 30, 2003, compared to US$2,149,295 at April30, 2002. The Company had outstanding 10,601,501 common shares at April30, 2003.
