Total assets at January 31, 2000, were US $1,401,412 (unaudited), compared to US $946,879 (unaudited) at January 31, 1999. The Company reported a deficit of US $965,467 (unaudited) at January 31,2000, compared to a deficit of US $1,110,423 (unaudited) at January 31, 1999. The Company had outstanding 8,002,833 common shares at January 31,2000.
